Companies encouraged to participate in Best Employers Award

Chief Executive Officer and Publisher of the Nation Publishing Company, Vivian-Anne Gittens is encouraging all companies to participate in the Best Employers Award programme.

She was speaking on Thursday, during the launch of this year’s edition of the programme.

Mrs. Gittens says the initiative, which started in 2010, has been well received by employers. She says that while some companies may be daunted by the process, the information received is very helpful.

Meanwhile, Managing Director of Caribbean Catalyst Incorporated, Rosalind Jackson says the programme will access businesses in ten main areas, including the articulation of the business and human resource strategies.
