Leroy King loses his second battle against extradition

Former Antigua and Barbuda offshore bank regulator Leroy King is contemplating his next move after losing his second battle against extradition to the United States to face charges in connection with the alleged Allen Stanford multibillion dollar ponzi scheme.

King is accused of accepting bribes to mask alleged criminal activities at Stanford’s International Bank which operated.

A High Court judge upheld a previous court order mandating King’s extradition to the United States.
