Burrell’s ban expires

The way is now clear for Captain Horace Burrell to return to the helm of the Jamaica Football Federation.

Burrell served half of a six-month ban from football's world governing body, FIFA.

The ban expired on Sunday and the other three months of his penalty were deferred to a two-year probationary period.

The ban resulted from Burrell's reported ethics violation in relation to the alleged Caribbean Football Union bribery scandal last year
